This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies SuperbCall uses on superbcall.com, why we use them, and how you can control them. It follows the Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG/GDPR) and the Dutch Telecommunications Act (Telecommunicatiewet), guided by the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP) recommendations for clear cookie banners.

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels) can work the same way for measuring or remembering settings. We group them by purpose below.

Necessary cookies
Strictly necessary for the site to function (security, language, storing your cookie preference). Placed on the basis of necessity / legitimate operation of the service. Always active; not used for tracking across other sites.
Analytics cookies
Optional. Used only with your prior consent. We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregated traffic and performance. Analytics scripts load only after you accept this category. You may refuse without losing access to the site.
Marketing cookies
Optional. Reserved for future advertising/remarketing. Not used at the moment. If introduced, they require your prior consent and remain off by default.
Legal basis
Necessary cookies: required to provide the website you requested. Analytics and marketing: consent (AVG art. 6(1)(a) and ePrivacy / Telecommunicatiewet for non-necessary storage). Consent must be free, specific, informed and unambiguous — we do not pre-tick optional boxes, and reject is available on the same layer as accept.
Change or withdraw consent
Use Cookie settings in the site footer (or the Cookie settings control) to change or withdraw optional consent at any time. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent. After you reject analytics, we stop loading analytics scripts on subsequent visits.
How long we keep the choice
Your consent preference is stored locally in your browser (localStorage). If we change cookie categories materially, we will ask again. Browser settings can also clear site data.
Your rights
